A Journey Through Chile’s Wines

Our new Six-Course Wine Flight offers a journey through some of Chile’s most

distinctive wine terroirs. The tasting has been carefully curated to provide a balanced

progression, beginning with a sparkling wine and continuing through a selection of

white and red wines from renowned wine regions across the country.

The selection features labels from Schwaderer, Casa Marín, Haras de Pirque,

Undurraga, Dagaz, and VIK, showcasing the diversity of climates, styles, and

expressions that define Chilean wine. Throughout the experience, our Head Sommelier

guides the tasting, sharing the stories behind each wine while offering insights in an engaging and personalised setting.
