At Hotel Las Majadas, we continue to develop experiences that invite guests to connect with Chile in an authentic, engaging, and meaningful way. This season, we are introducing new culinary and cocktail workshops designed to showcase local culture through its cuisine, ingredients, and traditions.1. Chilean Cuisine to Share | Our new gastronomic experiences invite guests to discover the flavors that form part of Chile’s identity. In our Heritage Sandwich Shop, participants explore the role of bread in Chilean culture, learning kneading and fermentation techniques before enjoying their own creations paired with artisanal butters and homemade preserves.

Meanwhile, From Farm to Table: Chilean Cuisine offers a journey through traditional recipes prepared with locally sourced ingredients, celebrating Chile’s rich culinary heritage and gastronomic traditions.

2. A Journey Through Cocktails | The experience continues with three cocktail workshops that invite guests to discover stories and traditions from behind the bar.

Chile in a Glass explores national classics such as the Pisco Sour and the Terremoto. A

Journey Around the World some of the most iconic cocktails in international mixology,

including the Negroni and Old Fashioned. Meanwhile, The Flavor Creator encourages

participants to experiment with modern mixology techniques and craft their own

original creations.

Each workshop combines learning, tasting, and conversation in a relaxed and interactive

setting.

3. Discovering Wine, One Glass at a Time | At Restaurant Sequoia, our Wine

Flights and One-to-One Pairing Experiences offer a distinctive way to explore

Chile’s winemaking culture.

Through a selection of grape varieties and wine regions from across the country, guests

can discover how landscape, climate, and tradition are expressed in every glass,

accompanied by carefully selected bites designed to enhance each wine.

An invitation to discover Chile through its flavors, its stories, and the people who bring

every experience to life.
